At Luxe Lane Apparel, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take 3-5 business days

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

  • Cost: $7.99 flat rate
  • FREE on orders over $50
  • Delivery: 5-7 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real-time

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address
  • The weight and size of your order
  • Your selected shipping method

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive this within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at shopluxlane@yahoo.com.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately at shopluxlane@yahoo.com. We can only update addresses before the order ships.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may need to contact the carrier directly or wait for the package to be returned to us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  • Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • Contact us at shopluxlane@yahoo.com and we'll help resolve the issue

Luxe Lane Apparel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  • Contact us immediately at shopluxlane@yahoo.com
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a refund

Customs and Duties

Since we currently only ship within the United States, there are no customs fees or international duties.

Holidays and Peak Seasons

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.):

  • Processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days
  • Shipping carriers may experience delays
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
