Refund & Return Policy

At Luxe Lane Apparel, we want you to love every piece you order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Not be final sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (bras, underwear, bodysuits) for hygiene reasons
  • Swimwear (unless tags are still attached and hygiene liner is intact)
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at checkout)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us at shopluxlane@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery
Step 2: Include your order number and reason for return
Step 3: We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable)
Step 4: Pack items securely and ship them back to us

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or we made an error)
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). Contact us at shopluxlane@yahoo.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at shopluxlane@yahoo.com
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs)
  • You will not be charged for return shipping

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll send the correct item at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7-10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
  • Contact your bank
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at shopluxlane@yahoo.com

Sale and Clearance Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return unless defective.

International Returns

At this time, we only ship within the United States. All returns must be shipped to our US address.
